The Best Day Ever in P1/2!

Our P1/2 class had an amazing time decorating biscuits and making chocolate apples covered in sprinkles! The children loved seeing how heat turned solid chocolate into liquid and how adding water to icing sugar made a smooth paste. Learning about states of matter has never been so sweet! The smiles and sticky fingers said it all!
