Welcome to Primary 7's webpage. Our teacher is Mr Bourne and our classroom assistants are Clare, Joanne, Katie & Lena. We've an action packed year ahead of us. In Term 1 we'll be studying the Victorians and Flight. In term 2 we will be learning all about the Caribbean and The Solar System, with a trip to the Planetarium. Then in term 3 we'll look at the Human Body and keeping healthy.

In April we'll be heading to Gortatole in Co. Fermanagh for a 3-day, 2-night residential trip, taking part in lots of new and exciting activities such as caving, kayaking and archery.

Throughout the year we'll have weekly PE lessons with our Healthy Kidz coach Mark, as well as getting expert coaching in Gaelic football from county player Greg McCabe and rugby from Harry. The rugby coaching is part of a project with the PSNI who will be coming into the school to facilitate workshops with the pupils.

We'll be taking part in lots of sporting tournaments both as individuals and teams. These will include tag-rugby and Gaelic football blitzes, cross-country races, the Armagh Road Race, the Apple Blossom Swimming Gala and soccer tournaments.

We'll finish the year with our 'P7's Got Talent' show for pupils and parents and our Leavers' assembly and Leavers' Lunch will round off a fun-filled year.
