Today, as part of our Pets and Animals topic, the children created colourful bird collages using PVA glue and feathers. This helped them develop their fine motor skills and explore different textures as they worked. We also talked about how birds fly, encouraging the children to think about movement and how animals travel.
As part of Anti-Bullying Week, we celebrated Odd Socks Day, showing that we are all unique and special!
In PE with Coach Mark, we focused on balance — balancing cones on our heads, walking along the bench with arms outstretched, and practising jumping and landing on two feet. Lots of super balancing and big smiles today!
