During our Healthy Kidz PE session today, the children took part in lots of active games. They enjoyed a chasing game with a ball where, once caught, they did a little dance for five seconds before rejoining — which caused plenty of laughter! They also played a colour game where colours were called out and they ran to the matching cone on the floor. These activities support physical development, listening skills, colour recognition, and coordination, while encouraging teamwork and having fun being active together.
