The weather has been so wet, rainy and miserable lately, so we were delighted to finally have a dry day for our visit to Leafy Hollow. The sun didn’t quite make an appearance at first, but it stayed dry, perfect for outdoor adventures! A lot of the learning actually started while getting ready, as the children practised putting on and taking off their waterproof suits and welly boots. They did a fantastic job becoming more independent and getting themselves ready for the outdoors. Once we arrived, the children loved exploring, enjoying the fresh air, and learning through play in nature.
