Today, the children enjoyed using the new chalkboard that arrived yesterday. They especially enjoyed mark making, which is important in nursery as it helps children develop early writing skills, build hand strength and control, and express ideas and creativity. Puzzles were also used to support learning by encouraging problem, solving, concentration, and fine motor development.
