Today we had a very special visitor in nursery — Hamish, Mr. Scott Mulholland’s dog! The children loved meeting him and learning what it takes to care for a pet. Mr. Scott Mulholland talked about Hamish’s food, walks, brushing his fur, how he likes to play, and even his recent trip to the vet for a small cut on his neck. The children listened well, asked lots of great questions, and thought Hamish was very well behaved. It was a lovely chance for them to learn about responsibility, empathy, and caring for animals.
We also enjoyed our Healthy Kidz session today, with great excitement climbing on the gymnastic frames and practising our balance walking along the benches. A busy and fun morning!
