Today at the art table, the children enjoyed painting real daffodils, taking time to look closely at the flowers and experimenting with mixing colours to create stems and leaves. They also planted cress seeds on cotton wool and learned that plants need water, warmth and light to grow. It was lovely to see the children so engaged in observing, creating and caring for their little plants!
