Today the children enjoyed a physical and energetic day, taking part in our Healthy Kidz with Mark PE session in the hall, followed by extended outdoor play. Through climbing, jumping, running, digging, and exploring loose parts, the children are developing their gross motor skills, coordination, and core strength. Outdoor play also supports resilience, confidence, and cooperation, as children learn to take safe risks, solve problems, and work alongside their friends. Physical activity is such an important part of early development, and it has been wonderful to see the children so engaged and enthusiastic throughout the day.
